Event Registration Fees:

• Full refunds are available if requested up to 7 days before the event.
• If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the event, a 50% refund will be issued.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made on the day of the event.

Membership Fees:

• Membership fees are non-refundable except in cases of administrative error or extenuating circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Donations:

• All donations are non-refundable. However, if there was an error in the amount or a technical issue during the transaction, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
